Stagework

When I was ten, my parents enrolled me in a summer drama camp. I objected strenuously, but within a very short time, I was hooked. A year later, I landed my first "leading man" role, playing the title character in a musical version of "Tom Sawyer" produced by The Sumter Little Theatre, a cinder block building that had become the center of my universe. A dozen years later, I was working in theater full-time ...touring theater, dinner theater, regional theater, summerstock ... performer, playwright, director, road manager ... Maine to Florida to Texas. A long and extremely interesting journey.
